Workshop Outline

Our Level 1 Foundation module is the first of 4 experiential workshops held at the sacred quarter alignments of the year.

Introduction to:

  • Traditional welcome ceremony including how to intuitively create your own ceremony
  • Making your own essences and tinctures with the seasons from plants including trees and flowers, and moon essence.
  • Effective methods of energetic protection including ancestral clearing (the clearing will be commence on Level 2)
  • Ogham Tree wisdom

Followed by:

  • History, significance and reasons for working with the astrological quarter alignments
  • March quarter healing ceremony
  • Divine Energy Healing Activation – Alder Tree
  • Self treatment with Divine Energy Healing
  • Rattle making, including making your own rattle to take  home, and how to use this in your healing work.
  • How to make your very own Shaman Rattle as a home project.
  • Discover the energy of Sound with a Drum Sound Healing masterclass including journey work and one on one sound healing treatments with the drum.
  • Introducing different types of drums used for sound healing, including Irish Bodhrain a type of frame drum, shaman drum and drums from indigenous cultures around the world, including mystical Handpan, and Indian Tabla.
  • Rattle making, including making your own small rattle to keep plus project work, larger rattle to complete at home.
  • Certificate award & closing ceremony to bless your rattle and set your intentions for the Ogham tree month ahead

If you already have a frame drum (shaman drum) you are encouraged to bring it with you for the drum sound healing workshop, which will be conducted indoors.
We will have 3 non-leather drums available for use on the day.

Level 1 Fee: €250 (or €195 with scholarship)
There are 3 scholarship places available on each Level, available to those in genuine need.

This Healer’s Way Level 1 module is accredited with Irish Academy of Sound Therapy (IAST) and gives 100% credit for the NYYSG3 Drum Sound Healing & Celtic Healing Wisdom module towards the IAST Sound Therapy Master Facilitators Diploma.
